1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProSchool360, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your school/institution, are at least 18 years of age, and have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

ProSchool360 is a cloud-based School Management ERP providing student information management, RFID/biometric attendance, UPI fee collection, WhatsApp/SMS parent notifications, CBSE/ICSE report cards, GPS bus tracking, library management, parent mobile app, live classes, and more.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST
• Subscriptions are annual unless otherwise stated
• Renewal reminders sent 30, 15, and 7 days before expiry
• New registrations may be eligible for a free trial (no credit card required)

4. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days: Full refund if the software is unused
• 8–30 days: 50% refund if fewer than 10 student records have been added
• After 30 days: No refund for annual subscriptions
• Add-ons (RFID hardware, SMS credits): Non-refundable once activated

5. User Obligations

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of admin credentials — do not share with unauthorized personnel
• Use the platform only for lawful school management purposes
• Obtain appropriate consent before uploading student/parent data
• Comply with IT Act 2000, PDPB, and RTE regulations
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform

6. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing or reselling access without written consent
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Accessing other schools' data without authorization
• Using WhatsApp integration to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Using bots or automated scripts to scrape data

7. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to your institution. ProSchool360 acts as a data processor only. You retain full ownership of all student, staff, and academic data. You may export all data at any time. Upon termination, data is available for export for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in ProSchool360 — software, design, logos, features — belongs to Kumar Development. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProSchool360 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

• By you: Cancel anytime by contacting support. Refund policy (Section 4) applies.
• By us: We may suspend accounts violating these Terms, with 7 days' notice except for serious violations or security threats.

12. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bhiwani, Haryana. Language of arbitration: English or Hindi.
